How does booking work?
Choose your trip and extras. A verified 50% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due before departure. Unpaid requests do not reserve a slot. Pay by bank transfer and upload your receipt for admin approval.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure. Your booked time starts as scheduled, even if you arrive late.
Can we bring children?
Yes. Count adults and children in the guest total and supervise children throughout the trip. Up to 25 guests can book; 26–30 require prior approval.
What about food and activities?
Food needs 24 hours’ notice. Requests 4–24 hours ahead need admin approval. Sea activities require a 3-hour trip; motorised activities must finish by 6 pm. The jacuzzi has no 3-hour minimum.
What if plans or weather change?
Customer cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with us. Rescheduling is allowed at least 3 days before the trip. If unsafe weather or circumstances beyond our control prevent departure, contact us for a full refund or a replacement trip within 3 months of the original date.
A few rules on board
No smoking inside cabins. Swimming is subject to crew instructions and conditions. Please supervise children and share any relevant allergies or accessibility needs. Further trip instructions will be provided by the team.
